How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for wellness products?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers to ensure your privacy. The sender name will appear as 'TPP Logistics' on the shipping label.
Are your products body-safe and medical grade?
Absolutely. All our pelvic health tools are made from 100% medical-grade silicone, are BPA-free, phthalate-free, and have been rigorously tested for safety and comfort.
Do you offer international shipping?
