Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging for hygiene reasons and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.
Receive Your Refund
